Case Study - A Rustic Spring Wedding
When Meg and Mike told me they were embracing the possibility of April showers for their early springtime wedding, I used that as inspiration to create a foggy, soft, + cool color palette for their invitation suite. Touches of cool gray and muted lavender welcomed classic pops of pink in a comfortingly classic way. Despite the seaside locale, Meg and I worked together to incorporate as many rustic influences as we could, including salvaged barn wood for signage, an abandoned window outfitted with mirrored glass, bark slices, and painted clothespins. This wedding was rooted in family love and personal touches, and I was honored to be a part of it. To honor the thoughtfulness of their day, I made the decision to hand letter every detail of the design, right down to the final item on their menu.
